We knew that in the sixth semester we had to create a microenterprise and therefore each one of us already had an idea of who to team up with and who was going to make the product, but when that day arrived, everything took a turn.
In the case of Fernanda, the company's treasurer, she was separated from the people with whom she planned to team up, so Ahtziri, the president, joined and then Andrea, the secretary of the micro-enterprise, joined, and that is how this began to take shape. project.
When generating ideas for the microenterprise, several emerged, of which only two came out, Mochis and Sushi, which was discarded with 73% thanks to a survey applied to 100 people. Once we knew that the Mochis would be our product, we began to practice and improve the recipe to obtain the best consistency. This trial and error stage was one of the most difficult since making this Japanese dessert is not easy and requires a lot of practice.
This micro-enterprise is made up of three people with totally different ways of thinking and this has generated conflicts in the creative part, but luckily we all agreed when choosing a name for the company, we wanted a short and easy to remember name and in that At that moment, the idea of naming our company “Michis” arose, a name that sounds like a play on words and that meets our requirements, in addition to the fact that it seemed like a good idea for the company mascot to be a cat.
The day of our first sale at the El Grullo Technological High School, things did not go as planned. The day before the sale we prepared the Mochis and they did not lend themselves fully to form a stuffed Mochi, which caused us stress, but for luckily we managed to improve it a bit, for this reason we had very little product on the day of the sale and we ran out of product very quickly. This sale resulted in a loss of 220 pesos since we were wrong when elaborating the costs, but we did not get discouraged, this experience helped us for the following sales and even so there are some details to correct, but we always keep going and learning from these errors.
Currently we have a better administration and a closer coexistence of colleagues who work together to carry out a project from which we all benefit and not as simple strangers who are forced to work together to not fail a subject.
We hope to conclude with this microenterprise in the best way, as well as with the members who work hard to make all this possible. Thanks to our clients and collaborators, Michis wishes you a life full of happiness, learning and love because she remembers that only cats have 7 lives.
